| Thanks, for your follow-up call. I decided to take your advice and check the permits on the addition. There were none, and the bedroom in the basement did not comply with proper egress. I decided against the purchase. I got estimates for a few of the repairs and it was far more than I could afford. Thank you so much for helping me avoid that mistake. Your fee was a small price to pay in comparison to what kind of financial trouble I could have ended up in. | The home you inspected had just been inspected earlier this week. We received the report and the agent tried to pass it off to us saying it had no major defects. We read your report and it was nothing like the other guys. You found more than twice as much and pointed out many things that we should consider improving and maintaining.
