Aaron Pfaff
Certified Home Inspector

                                           Independent Home Inspector in Wisconsin

  • I pride myself on providing my clients with a thorough inspection, and a clear, concise report.

  • Over fifteen years of building, remodeling, and inspection experience goes into every
    inspection. Specializing in historic homes

  • My business is based almost completely on the referrals of past clients.

Being independent and thorough has garnered me with a reputation for exceptional service. I
want to maintain this level of attention to each client, their home, and report. I only take one
inspection per day and my schedule fills quickly. I ask that you fill out the inspection request
form to speed up the process. I promise to return all calls and e-mails as soon as possible, and
will do my best to accommodate your schedule. I understand how hectic and overwhelming the
purchase of a home can be, and I will help you in any way I can during this process.

I don’t market to agents, I rely on my reputation and the gracious referrals from clients who were
satisfied with their home inspection report. If you want to read what others have said about my

As a home inspector in Wisconsin, I am required to be licensed, and follow certain standards
and practices. This is the bare minimum, and many inspectors stop there. They fill out a carbon
copy checklist and hand you a report telling you if you have carpet or linoleum in each room.
They make lots of money by marketing directly to real-estate agents. The agent will in turn refer
them work only if they report the bare minimum and don’t kill the deal.

I have chosen to take the home inspection profession in a different direction. I do not solicit
agents. My clients are the people relying on me to inform them of the condition of their home. I
belong to many professional groups who abide by strict standards of ethics and
professionalism. One of which is the Independent Home Inspectors of North America (IHINA)
and National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), Wisconsin Association of
    Home Inspectors (WAHI)

I am well versed in home construction and remodeling. I have been remodeling homes all of
my adult life, and take a great interest in the history, science, theory, and preservation of older
    homes.
